HOW YOU CAN WORK WITH ME
Step 1. Consultation
We set up a time to meet for your free consultation. We'll talk about your goals, current fitness level, and potential obstacles to your success. This'll give me a good idea of how to best craft your personal fitness plan.
Step 2. Program Creation
Using notes from our consultation, I'll put together the perfect program that fits your life and goals. I'll take into account things like your schedule and current fitness level.
Step 3. Measurable Results
We'll meet regularly, either on-line or in-person, to talk about how you're progressing. I'll adjust things based on how your body is adapting to the program. Small manageable progress will help you change your lifestyle.
